Agreed on all counts. I like a lot of the guys we have; I think there’s a lot to be said for what guys like Booker and Ingles bring to the team, but the fact that we’re forced to lean so heavily on them is not good. Coach Q needs more bullets in the chamber.

Little did we know that at the time Alec Burks went down this year, it would essentially be a season ending injury for him, again. The accumlation of injuries have been devastating to this team this year. It’s great to have players like Ingles, Johnson and now even Mack, but in all honesty, we shouldn’t be seeing them play very often, they’re all 3rd string.
The high level of performance in the 1st quarters have give me an incredible amount of hope for the future though. Even last night the Jazz went toe to toe in the 1st quarter with the mighty Warriors on their home floor. Give Snyder a viable bench that can actually lift them next year and we’ll see a different team that will compete more often, the entire game. The Jazz already do have most of that bench if they all can stay healthy, with the return of Exum, Burks and the development of Lyles. That will give Burks, Lyles and Neto coming off the bench(assuming Exum starts sometime next year), which isn’t too bad. Will still need a couple more really good bench players.
